Inclusion, diversity and equity are at the core of our culture, and we are actively working to increase inclusion across all our workplaces. We do this by living our culture pillars and through awareness and training, but also by promoting it in our daily activities. 

Employee Inclusion Groups (EIGs) support our commitment to inclusion and diversity. EIGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace, creating a culture that supports diversity of thought, background and perspective.

Our EIGs cover a broad spectrum of diversity and provide a network for employees to engage and collaborate.
